This was a split album with R.O.T. and A.S.R. The two bands were close friends, and Andy the vocalist and guitarist for A.S.R. was the former guitarist for Ring Of Truth.

Ring Of Truth on this album is:

Ian- Drums
Karla - Bass

A Sheltered Resistance:
Andy: Guitar and Vocals
Ryan: Drums
Eric: Bass

These songs were recorded in Ryan's basement, and I think some of the ASR songs were recorded at the Java Joint. I will just say this now, this is a VERY BAD recording of Ring Of Truth, and I wanted to just let this slip away into obscurity, but it is also the first album that Ian played on, and it should be preserved if no other reason for that one. Also the ASR side sounds pretty damn good. Also there are a few songs on here that were never recorded anywhere else, so that is another reason that this should be preserved. But just be for warned, the quality of this is not too great. But whatever it's punk rock, so enjoy it for what it is.

Also this album had two different covers, the R.O.T. cover and the A.S.R. cover, so you could switch up with one was facing out, and it came with a very awesome booklet with lyrics and info put together by Ryan and myself.
